Heidi Alexandra Pollard - The Communicators’ Coach
Heidi Alexandra Pollard is the founding Director of Leading Value, a company devoted to empowering women, professional communicators and entrepreneurs to live a purposeful life full of passion and prosperity.

Coach, communicator, teacher and speaker, Heidi inspires all who come into contact with her with her passion for the powerful and persuasive connection of thought, language and behaviour. Her passion for continuous learning, the study of human excellence and communication mastery has fueled her thirst for best practice performance strategies. This passion combined with her coaching skills and solid corporate background allow her to assist organizations to deliver high
level, sustainable business results through developing an engaged, passionate and committed workforce.

Frank, decisive, strategic and intuitive, when she’s not sipping in cafes or investing in properties,
Heidi is working closely with women, professional communicators and leaders who are ready to
affect their company culture and personal development in a positive way.

She has enjoyed over 13 years in management and leadership roles across a broad range of industries including health, education, government and OHS as well four years as a consultant and coach working with clients from a range of industries. She has a degree in Public Relations as well as a Graduate Diploma and Masters in Professional Communications and is an Accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator trainer, Coach U Coach and NLP practitioner.

With her guidance clients comment that they are more emotionally resilient, able to handle their own emotions and find greater empathy for others. They also enjoy an improved ability to reflect, to communicate with clarity and power and an enhanced sense of optimism. Client results include becoming more prosperous, attracting career success, strengthening of personal brand and reputation and enjoying more fun and fulfilment.

As a practicing servant leader, she is generous with her time – she is an active member of the Hunter Medical Research Institute Foundation and the Founder and Chair of the Professional Communicators Network.
